My husband and I have bought 4 beautiful pieces here and every interaction with staff has been fantastic! Their staff is very talented and knowledgeable and have always gone above and beyond, Ricky is our go-to but everyone is great.
They went above and beyond to make my wedding day feel that much more special, and I appreciate their kind gesture and will never forget it. (I won’t go into detail, but I don’t think any other place would have done this for us!) This was over a year ago and I still remember and appreciate them!
We are a young newlywed couple and will continue with Carter’s in all of our future purchase's!

I called to buy some items from the estate section that I had seen online. Sandy was so kind and helpful. I paid for them and when I came in to pick them up she had them packaged so beautifully. I had asked about another item and she quickly retrieved it and well, I ended up with it too. ;)

We were looking for an engagement ring and had been to quite a few stores to get an idea of styles, pricing, etc. I was referred to Carter's Jewel Chest by a friend and gave them a call to see if they had a ring that my fiance liked. They didn't have it, but they were able to custom make one very similar to it. It came out great and I am so glad I made the decision to shop here. Even though I am out of state, and it was my first time buying a ring, Ricky Grove was extremely knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make the whole process extremely pleasant. We received a quality product and my fiance is thrilled.

It’s almost like they know what she will like better than me and they keep up with your purchases so they can help make informed decisions on what to get. I highly recommended everyone. This time I had a repair & rejuvenated my wedding set with the help of Rickey who was amazing every step of the way. Couldn’t ask for better service or quality.
