Our Lifetime Care Plan covers the cost of any repair or service a piece of jewelry might need, minus loss or theft. You have 30 days from purchase date to add a Care Plan to a piece, and one of our staff would be happy to help you with that or any questions you have. Call or text us to purchase your plan.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Simply contact our support team with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the return process. You can also email ricky@cartersjewelchest.com.
