Carter's Lifetime Care Plan
Our Lifetime Care Plan covers the cost of any repair or service a piece of jewelry might need, minus loss or theft. You have 30 days from purchase date to add a Care Plan to a piece, and one of our staff would be happy to help you with that or any questions you have. Call or text us to purchase your plan.
What to expect?
When you bring in a piece for repair, our expert jewelers begin with a thorough inspection to assess its condition.
We’ll then provide you with a clear, itemized quote for any recommended repairs—no surprises.
Most repairs are completed within a week, and all work is done in-house unless otherwise discussed with you ahead of time.
When your jewelry is returned, it will look refreshed and beautifully restored—like new again.
