What kind of warranty do your products have?
All our products come with a 30 day warranty, covering any manufacturing defects or quality issues. If you experience any problems, reach out to us, and we’ll make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority!
What is the Carter's Lifetime Care Plan?
Our Lifetime Care Plan covers the cost of any repair or service a piece of jewelry might need, minus loss or theft. You have 30 days from purchase date to add a Care Plan to a piece, and one of our staff would be happy to help you with that or any questions you have. Call or text us to purchase your plan.
How to return a product?
